# B2B TRVL AIR

> B2B hotel booking platform for travel agencies, run by TRVL (trvl.gr). Agencies book from 2.9M+ hotels, villas and apartments worldwide at net (wholesale) rates, set their own markup on every price, issue myDATA invoices and run their own branded booking website. Interface in Greek.

## What agencies get
- Inventory: over 3,000,000 properties worldwide (hotels, villas, apartments) at net rates, with live availability and instant confirmation.
- Central management system: bookings, clients and payments in one list; agency-defined markup per price; agency price and client price shown side by side on every result.
- Digital invoicing & myDATA (Greek tax authority AADE): automatic issuing and transmission for every booking, emailed to the client. In partnership with a certified AADE e-invoicing provider. Document types: service invoice (myDATA 2.1), service receipt (11.2), credit notes (5.1, 5.2, 11.4), invoices to the public sector (B2G). MARK and QR code on every document. No per-document fee; up to 200,000 documents per 12 months, and reaching the limit early starts a new 12-month term.
- Booking engine: a website with the agency's own brand and domain name, online bookings at the agency's own prices, payment by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

## Plans (yearly)
- Standard: free. Inventory, management system, markup, smart search and filters, instant confirmation and voucher.
- Plus: 360 EUR / year. Everything in Standard + digital invoicing & myDATA.
- Ultra: 1,360 EUR / year. Everything in Plus + branded website / booking engine with own domain.
Subscriptions renew automatically, are non-refundable, have no overage fee.

## Who can apply
Travel agencies in Greece. The application asks for company name, VAT number (ΑΦΜ) and the EOT special operating licence / MHTE registry number.
