Who can access the platform?
The service is intended exclusively for licensed travel agencies. When applying, you need to provide your company name, VAT number (AFM) and EOT Special Operating Licence (MHTE number).
What does a subscription cost?
- Standard: Free (management system with basic search and B2B booking functions).
- Plus: €360 / year + VAT (On top of Standard, includes automated document issuing and the myDATA connection).
- Ultra: €1,360 / year + VAT (On top of Plus, includes a customised website and a B2C Booking Engine with your own brand).
How are prices shown on the platform?
Every search result shows the agency net price and the final selling price to the client side by side, as set by your own markup.
Which document types do the Plus and Ultra plans support?
The platform covers the full range of digital invoicing: Service Invoices (myDATA 2.1), Service Receipts (myDATA 11.2), Credit Notes (myDATA 5.1, 5.2, 11.4) and Invoices to public sector bodies (B2G). Every document carries a valid MARK number and QR code.
Is there an extra charge per document on the Plus and Ultra plans?
No. There is no charge per document and no overage cost (zero transaction fees). The subscription includes up to 200,000 documents per 12 months.
Which provider handles electronic invoicing on the Plus and Ultra plans?
We work with a provider certified by the Greek tax authority AADE (YPAHES 029). Every document carries a MARK number and QR code, and we handle the provider declaration for you.
When do the Plus and Ultra subscriptions renew?
No charge per document. Automatic renewal. Non-refundable.
No overage fee. The subscription includes up to 200,000 documents per 12 months. If you reach 200,000 before 12 months have passed, the subscription renews for a new 12-month period with a new limit of 200,000 documents.
